WOUNDS WE TREAT

On-Site Support for Complex Skin and Wounds

Assisted living residents are at increased risk for skin breakdown due to limited mobility, chronic illness, poor nutrition, incontinence, diabetes, vascular disease, and changes in overall health status.

Each resident receives a comprehensive wound assessment and an individualized treatment plan based on their medical history, mobility level, skin condition, nutritional status, and healing goals.
